Settlement Project president, Dr. Frank Kaufmann and Mr. Robert Presler of The America First Caucus will speak at the Patriot Bonfire on January 27, 2024.
The Patriot Bonfire is a diverse gathering of like-minded Americans to discuss and share how we can work to protect our country and future. The event is organized by Chris and Debbie Cloud of American Life and Liberty ALL PAC.
ALL PAC is an organization that fights to protect our Constitutional Family, and American Values. To protect our American culture, ALL PAC encourages people to see current cultural trends; to educate on different perspectives and information; to counter the psyop and the narrative to find the Truth; and to call personal integrity, action, and responsibility. Through the organization’s dedicated work, they hope to help people become independent, strong and empowered to take action.
The America First Caucus is dedicated to creating a better and brighter future for all Americans with policies that put them first. The Caucus is working to create a Republican Party of Virginia that represents America First values. Its mission is to grow and strengthen the local Republican Party to elect candidates that share these values to local, state, and federal offices; and to foster policy-making tailored to benefit citizens consistent with the national America First agenda.

The Settlement Project exists to unite all people of faith and people of conscience in common cause and shared labor to protect and advance America’s great ideals of individual liberty and equality. Ideals that can flourish only when known as God-given human rights.
The Settlement Project does four things:
- It serves. The Settlement Project exists to support all good and Godly people and their projects for good
- It offers new knowledge. 1. A clear critique of contemporary philosophies of division. 2. A counterproposal with new expressions of thought to withstand forces at their root
- It is local, human, real and on the ground. The Settlement Project is built in local and regional chapters that network to create national impact
- It is rigorously inclusive, welcoming into The Settlement family people of every culture and faith to advance America’s great purpose of goodness.
Dr. Frank Kaufmann comes from a life of work in two areas, international peace negotiations and scholarly activism. From these he has a long list of organizations and achievements.
By having worked in arenas of war and peace worldwide and in the world of thought and scholarship, Dr. Kaufmann knows that a free and healthy future for all people in the world depends on American patriots turning back current forces threatening the Godly culture of the United States.
Dr. Kaufmann founded The Settlement Project in 2020 in response to two horrors
- The extensive corruption and infiltration of American institutions increasingly exposed from 2016 onward
- Strategic political harm systematically executed to defile the sanctity of the American vote.
Dr. Kaufmann organizes, writes, travels, eats, and sleeps the mission to protect, honor, and rebuild a strong and healthy America by supporting the mission of the Settlement Project: Service, Knowledge, Personal Bonds (among Patriots), and the Expansion of Solidarity (among all people of faith and conscience).
